90-Day Total Transformation Program
In this 12 week program, we will take a deep dive into what's keeping you stuck in regards to your health. Using my effective system you will learn why you're currently making the choices you are, what foods are right for your body, and how to eat properly. Then we will turn these behaviors into healthy habits that last.
Right away in week 1 we will decide what goals are achievable for you in this timeframe, and how you can stay accountable to them. Over the next several weeks you will learn how to incorporate healthy eating habits while identifying the triggers that cause you to fall off track. Together we will create weekly action steps to push you out of your comfort zone as you grow and find new motivation to stay on track and win!
By session 5 and 6 we will take a deeper dive into YOU!! Learning what causes you to self sabotage is so important, and we will also work on changing the negative self-talk that is holding you back. Learning to love and accept yourself is a huge part in allowing your body to let go of the weight, this is my favorite part!!
I will continue to encourage you and hold you accountable to the new habits you’re establishing, so that by the last sessions of my program you will be able to set priorities and create a healthy balance in your life so this becomes what you do, this is the “new you”.
By the end of 90 days, you will be making different choices around meals without even having to think about being different. You will have a new appreciation for your body, all it does for you, and what a gift it truly is. And you will feel happier and more confident in all other areas of your life.
