No. This is a ‘come as you are, and I’ll meet you where you’re at’ type of program. I’ll give you handouts and action steps for you to follow and work on between our sessions.
My program focuses first and foremost on your mindset and how you eat. Diet and exercise play a big part in the balance of a healthy lifestyle, but you don’t need any equipment to go for a walk. When you are ready to step up your workouts we will go over that together.
No, not unless you want assistance with that. I do have expertise in different ways of eating, but I do not focus on meal plans, meal replacements, or shakes. I encourage my clients to eat as naturally as possible and to eat regular meals.
